四 | 在电梯里，被告直接亮出随身携带的刀子，威胁女友必须跟着他，女友出于害怕最后跟进他的家门。持刀威胁索性非礼 刚进房间，被告直接收走女友的手机防止她致电求救。但女友在房里不理不睬他约一个小时，被告生气取出菜刀指着女友向她索性，女友不肯，被告把女友推倒在床上，掀开她的衣服亲吻非礼她。女友受辱哭泣，被告心软想放她回家，但随即改变主意强行要求她口交和替他打手枪，女友依然不从。

五 | 被告盛怒之下一把推倒女友，抓起菜刀朝她挥舞，女友喝止他的行为，被告冷静后也担心吵醒同住的祖母，最终克制住自己，把手机还给女友放她离开。被告三天后主动到警局自首，连带坦诚自己涉及毒品相关法令，他之后被送进戒毒所至今。
